Just a note to say thank you for the speedy service you gave me last week. I ordered 1000 labels in the afternoon, hopeful, but doubtful, that they might arrive the next day.
But the next morning there they were, on the doormat, printed exactly as I had ordered.

Have you ever considered entering the Olympic Games in London in 2012?
I say this because I ordered from you on Thursday October 16th 2008 100 business cards and I received them this morning, Saturday 18th October 2008.
Two days is very fast in any event and they are perfect and just what I wanted.
So in 2012 when the Olympic games are on the Television I shall watch for the runners with Vine Lodge Products on their vests and put my money on them winning.
Seriously though, I sincerely thank all of you for your very fast and expedient delivery of my new cards which really are superb.

With reference to my recent order for 1000 custom-designed sticky labels placed with your company, may I take the opportunity to let you know that I am absolutely delighted - not simply with the product, which is precisely as required - but also with the outstanding service provided by your staff.
During the otherwise-simple and straightforward on-line design process, I made a stupid error of omission in the wording on the labels which I failed to notice until after the order was completed and on-line payment made. A telephone call to your sales department to attempt to rectify my mistake was met with total understanding and professional courtesy, with an assurance that the missing words would be inserted.
Delivered after just 3 days as promised, together with a neat little dispenser which makes application and storage a delight, the self-adhesive labels meet my requirement exactly, the error having been put right - and at no extra cost.
Confirming the results of my initial internet-based search, I believe that your labels are unmatched in terms of price, quality and service and I would not hesitate to recommend the product.
